I stopped taking Diovan, Norvasc and HCT for Blood Pressure and Allopurinol for gout. Blood pressure came from 160/100 on meds to 110/65. Weight loss from 287 to 237 so far. Still losing a pound a day. My ideal weight is about 220 as I am 6'1" and was formerly a semi pro power lifter. My body fat is about 21% right now. So far the fast is working real well for me, I may continue to completion. The hardest part is all the negative feedback from people who criticize and believe I am starving myself.
