There's plenty of support for you here. Just click on the Post New Message link at the top of the Water Fast Support forum page itself when you're ready to post and let us know how your fast is going. The best way to overcome the fear is to research fasting and decided for yourself it is as safe as it is. Then you just have to start and prove it to yourself. :) There is a free online book here which should help you along the way:
