Congratulations. I suffer from a definite need to fast yet have a fear of fasting. Do you have any helpful words of reassurance? Sincerely, a would-be fellow faster. (I am trying right now for 3 days, starting a couple of hours from now... are you going to be around? Can I post for support?)
