Andrew is absolutely right 1234567,
any form of Nutrition that is introduced back into the system, will stimulate appetite and bring on hunger by the cessation of ketosis and therefore autolysis. Continuing with water only will prevent this and continue the process of detoxing and cleansing and healing, especially as the faster has no hunger and the tongue is not yet cleared.
