I have only been pulling since last week. Still, very exciting results! Cannot wait to see what prolonged pulling will accomplish...

I pull 1-2x a day with cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, sometimes I do two shorter pulls at a time, 5-10 mins each, sometimes one longer one, approx 15 mins. I notice if I do a couple short pulls I tend to feel more energized afterwards, when I do the longer ones, kind of drained.

I do a salt water rinse/gargle directly after pulling then brush with some health food toothpaste (unsure of name) with tea tree oil and ginger. I like doing the saltwater rinse directly after the pull instead of after brushing because I am a freaky germaphobe and the thought of sticking my toothbrush in my mouth right after is just too much for me to bear...

Results so far are a definite brightening of teeth 3-4x brighter, gums look good, tongue has greyish cast (detox mode) to it after pulling but then returns to normal later in the day. Have had healing of right wrist/elbow (computer fatigue) which I have had for about six months and was a chronic problem....lost that after the second day. Also have noticed I am free from aches and pains in knees, feet and after exercising. Increased energy and stamina, I am exercising more, skin tone is better and softer, nails nicer, feeling more relaxed and have lost a bit of weight, even. Disposition is definitely sunnier -- I am more relaxed and less stressed in general. Definitely FEEL healthier and my hope is for a complete upswing in my metabolism/thyroid. I have been treating this holistically but sure would be nice not to have to struggle with it any more.

I will try the sunflower oil later this week to see if I notice a difference, but so far I am very happy with the olive oil.
