"Is it common to have poor sleep in the early part of UT?"
I have found that if I drink my urine beyond 5 PM that I have difficulty sleeping. From what I've read, that is common. So, I generally don't drink it beyond 3 PM. Why is that so? Don't really know.
"I took 4 or 5 drops of home made homeopathic urine formula I made
late yesterday afternoon. Last night I seemed to feel nauseous and my stomach
was making a few noises. How does the homeopathic drops differ from drinking
urine?"
Don't have any information about homeopathic drops.
"What kind of benefits do you get from UT?"
Well, at the risk of being repetitions: 1) pre-cancer on my scalp disappeared (they had to be burned off prior to UT - every six months for 5 years previously - they completely went away in 8 months, lip pre-cancer too - all verified by a dermatologist); 2) decades fight with athlete's foot ended within 2 weeks, the fungus is in one's blood stream; 3) night blindness ended; 4) can't remember the rest, but there were a few more too.
For me it's so worthwhile that it is permanent.
