first I want to comment on that lovely bouqet! It is beautiful! Yesterday when I was out, I stopped and bought me a dozen of mixed bouqet and a dozen roses! They are lovely!

Secondly, I think that is very awesome about your epiphany! I am so glad you are listening to your body! It is the one who serves you better than all the suggestions from others. Outside sources know their body, not yours. Their situations may be similar yet not the same.

I am sure this will work best for you and you will see the results you desire.

Monica's post is very head on, also. Make sure anytime you choose to eat something, you choose with thoughts of Love. Every choice you make about your food let it be loving. You have decided to eat it, so why 'beat' yourself up about it, ya know?
