I am so glad to see you are back. I missed you and your insightful post. I do agree that things got out of hand and I even made some comments trying to stop it.

Please do not feel badly, No one is perfect and we all do things we regret. Holding on to those feeling only makes you and your health suffer. I have to hold myself back some times from responding to some outlandish post I see, but have tried to learn to only respond when I can help and clarify.

We are always growing and learning, and each person is precious, even if we don't agree with them.

I guess what I am trying to say is I have been where you found yourself. Please put it behind you, and welcome back my dear friend.
