Yeah I was sick the week before. I am still kinda sick.
I thought as long as I wasnt SICK sick (like in bed with a fever)
it would be ok. I just had a mild sinus infection. Im not
sure if this was the cause or what. Being on high doses of
iodine also could have changed something.

Its hard to know. I just wish I had more time for flushing
so I could just do it whenever it was appropriate. I also
feel like I have to schedule a day when I have the chance
and then do it no matter what. That sucks.
