A lot of this is good info, mostly the end even though it's nothing new it all bears repeating again and again. We are, ultimately the product of what our bodies ingest. However, to put out a blanket statement like "cancer can be prevented" is not the most responsible way to promote healthy lifestyles. Sure, all the crap we eat nowadays certainly doesn't helpe, and maybe certain additives and chemicals and hormones may be in part or wholly responsible cumulatively in leading to cancer. The truth is that there are many kinds of cancer, and many different known causes. Especially in this case, the BRCA genes have been studied and lead to a highly increased risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer. Whether you can live a healthy enough lifestyle to prevent the development remains to be seen. It's certainly an great idea to try.
