In your example you set up a straw man to knock him down, good job.
The issue of forced seatbelt wearing, basically that ones par for the course, created by fanatical authorities as a reason to pull people over, search and ticket them. Police departments pull in lots of money writing such tickets.
Your the one that wants to force everyone into your bundle of rods, I don't announce you are fascist to scare people, merely to inform them and you, of the principles you base your arguments on. We don't have to live in a nanny state.
And you are the one that has trouble admitting vaccines contain toxic substances. That doesn't seem very sensible to me.
