There seems to be some evidence that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is inimical to glutathione reserves. I don't take this as something to be overly alarmed about, but do try to compensate with added sources of antioxidants and liver support nutrients. I, personally, use a transdermal glutathione cream (in addition to other abtioxidants)--but this is a proprietary healthcare practitioner brand (otherwise, I'd recommend it).

The short answer to your question here is: Both.
