I was wondering the same thing. I know Owen writes he rubs coconut oil on his feet at night. Its almost 11 o'clock and still nearly 90 outside, I think I'll skip the oil tonight.

Not long after I posted my report on the oil rub I was overcome with intense pain, every joint in my body hurt. It has calmed down now, but I believe I stirred up something, I wish I knew what was happening,plus why and how. I'm going to try and get some sleep now. Have a great night.
