I am interested in doing some rebirthing sessions. I am in a very dark place in my life and have been reading about rebirthing/breath work. It sounds like something I could greatly benefit from and give me the energy to move forward. I would like to hear other people's experiences with rebirthing. How is it different from pranayama exercises? I am a bit frightened, as it sounds quite powerful, but desperately need something to help me change my life at present. Thanks. Namaste!
