I firmly believe Miracle-Mineral-Supplement should only be taken once a day and bedtime would be the best time...upon rising load up on antioxidants to counter the free radicals that spawn from not only the oxidizing effect of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but also the viral, bacterial and fungal free radicals created by the die off effect. The diet should also consist of highly antioxidant rich foods and structured alkaline water. I think EM's suggestions on glutathoine are excellent and the protocol for preparing the body prior to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with extra C and dietary changes is very wise.
