I think the swf is the only real challenge. Getting that out of the way early
makes the day go smoother...

Waking up a little earlier helps or me and some make the salt water the night before,put it by the bed, set the alarm and hour or so earier , chug it and crash back out only to wake up to 'the urge'...

whatever you do , have a great cleanse.

don't forget if you make you lemonades ahead, don't add cayenne til you actually drink each glass...otherwise , pretty spicy stuff!
