I also smoked for 20 years and quitting smoking was NOTHING compared to this!!!!

I wish it was that easy. It's as if someone else takes over my body and I have no control at all. I know that eating the Sugar is bad, but I just can't stop it. The cravings get worse and worse until I give in. Then I feel incredibly bad afterwards, but it's as if I had no control over my own body.

Will power is never going to be the answer. There has to be more to it than that.
