If you are having outbreaks that often I'm going to bet that you have Type O blood.

I'd also appreciate your comments on BHT. I also believe you will find that liquid licorice will work wonders for you topically, probably way better than BHT. Throw in some TUMS or Tagamet HB and I bet you will be a new woman.
