i think the only available actions to take now are to face my feelings head on(in real time/reality) instead of just trying to figure things out in my head or rationalize
'why' i feel a certain way or how i got where i got right now..it's a bad habit of mine i know..i anylize ,rationalize,justify and then distance myself from alot of my problems,covering it up with distractions or whatever,but never really getting to the
root of the problem,often causing only more problems..

i just need a hug sometimes dammit..that's what it all boils down to,
some good old fashion affectionate physical contact.
