L-lysine and for long? took for months, thought it was helping. Not cured so stopped
Primrose? yep
Antifungal creams? yes, a foot cream, yuck
Oral antifungals? I have tried Lorinden-C & Lorinden-A(both anti-bacteria?), some positive results
Protopic(tacromilis) cream? No
Antivirals? No
Zinc- yes
Iron- yes, took for a long time without cure
Elimination Diets - yes, sugar, wheat, fat, ALL food
toothpaste removal- yes, Thought I was gonna get cavities from this one
