Under your logic, only diet, exercise and meditation and sunshine would be "true" alternative therapies. that is simply too dogmatic. several forum owners on this website are awfully dogmatic. that kind of limited thinking holds people back. if you can get well by diet alone, all the power to you. others will need more given the state of our environment and the damage we have unwittingly done to ourselves over the years.
