For 3 days straight I've only had freshly squeezed Orange Juice and Grapefruit juice and 2 MC Lemonades. Started the MC Lemonade yesterday, had a good pinch of extra hot Cayenne Pepper and that night my stomach burned. Today, NO lemonade and I had this weird burning in my stomach.. it's just weird. Then later today, soft stools as usual, like a pile of sludge and there were tiny white things in it.

I haven't ate or swallowed anything white whatsoever so I know it's not food..Any ideas what it could be or why they came out? I've done the Master Clenase for weeks at a time in the past and never passed anything like that.

I don't know but I know I want to order humaworm again and this time do it while on a fast.
