The OJ is gentler than the lemons..It's just a transition period...You are still cleansing.  I dunno why they say go to OJ though really....I dont follow the master cleanse to a t anymore..i just kinda do what i want..LOL ...I did it right the first time and now I drink lemonade..i cheat ..I always take the smooth move tea or colon cleanse pills and NEver the salt water flush again after the first time...how miserable that is.

Don't fret though.

The main thing is ..don't go out and eat food right away ...you will be in a world of hurt and might even kill yourself...you gotta ease back into food... a few bites at a time.
