I dunno what it is about the Master cleanse.. .I have done all sorts of fasts and cleanses ..

OJ ... various juices ..etc etc ...done many master cleanses.. it's interesting..

Even if i cheat a lil? i still lose maximum weight on the lemonade versus...any other liquid. I have been doing the master cleanse for 10 days now...and i confess I cheat everyday..I am not as serious as the first time i ever did it.

I cheated quite a bit yesterday actually ... a piece of shrimp and rice from my son's sushi... several bites of lemon cake... a few tsps of ice cream..I am awful i know.....

I had like 4 lemonades and smooth move tea ..I still lost 1 pound... that day...that was yesterday.

I am just sayin' its a weird thing...I once did a 29 day OJ FAST and ate soaked almonds VERY STRICTLY no cheating ..other than almonds ..and i i only lost like 12 pounds the whole month

Lemonade is SPECIAL!

Because of my cheats i have lost 6 pounds only, instead of 10:(( but still good though

I never lose more than a pound of day except the first day...I am not that heavy ... I started at 146  and now at 140  i am 5ft 7 inches
