Im actually not using it too often right now..I sorta felt maybe I was over doing it and damaging my skin more. I only use the ponds once in awhile now, when I have a lot of zits I want to bring to the surface (it works really well for me, usually after doing a mask with it the zits are becoming whiteheads or popped).

But anyways, what I usually do is just wash off all my makeup, apply a mask of the cold cream, and leave it on there for an hour or so. Then I wipe it off gently with a warm washcloth. Usually the zits or whiteheads I had are popped or bleeding out at that point (gross I know, but it really helps) so I put some hydrogen peroxide in the wounds and it dries them up.

Right now instead of doing the ponds, when I take my makeup off after work I just dab some tea tree oil on the lesions. It really kills your skin but it dries up everything super good too.
