As a practicing colon hydrotherapist, I would highly suggest that you consider having a colonic as a first step. As the colonic proceeds, and you and the therapist observe the waste being eliminated, (assuming it is a modern closed system with an outflow observation tube), you will be able to better assess the condition of your colon and plan for the next step in your cleansing program.
