I have always checked the Debate Forums when I follow a support forum. After a while some people I skip, I just like to read civilized discussions, people don't have to agree with eachother, but it opens my eyes to things I would not have been aware of.

CZ is set up with the 2 forums so people on the support forum can just look for support and the debate forum can be used for every thing else, pro and con.

I have been on CZ for 5 years and a lot of things have helped, but some other things people raved about did nothing for me. Usually I think when people are not helped they disappear and most people that are happy will report.

Since we all have different problems I hope that some day we will find an answer for ourselves, though after 5 years I am sometimes sceptical and have to remind myself in what shape I was before I tried these different protocols.
My life has changed so much for the better, so I am thankful for this.

I don't know yet if Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is going to work for me, time will tell.
