I usually drink some apple juice for a couple days before the flush.
Should eliminate the need for the ultra-phos, but the ultra-phos is a nice addition.
I did many straight Hulda Clark flushes with no problem whatsoever. That has no apple juice or ultra-phos.

Doc, are you trying to scare us?
Just haven't heard much of anyone having this trouble.
Millions follow the Hulda clark liver flush protocol.
