Follow the diet as close as possible.Many steamed vegetables at every meal for the necessary insoluble fiber,minerals and vitamins.Use water that has the least chemicals and minerals.Use the correct vitamin E for the enema.Only one vit.E 400IU capsule orally together with the diet listed vitamins in the procedure instructions.If you use as much of the listed diet,the procedure might show a positive effect after a week or two.No immodium or processed food.White rice has no fiber and few vitamins.The other diet listed foods chicken,fish,barley and yogurt
are fine.The colon heals slowly but progress should be steady.Please keep us posted.
