BTW, as you know I'm with you in not liking being with someone who is sick a lot due to unhealthy lifestyle although the other things I think you're bothering too much with it.

On a different note, I think it's really good that you are not saying I Love You back if you don't mean it. I know it can be hard to do, especially if you're quite fond of the person, but if someone says they love you, it can be so much more difficult to break up. 'Why would someone leave over nothing if they love me??? How could they say/do that if they feel what I feel???' It can really be a mindf*ck. So just wanted to give you kudos for that. :)
