wow i use to pace before i found this site.

i would look in the fridge a hundred times and never get anything out.

i have calmed down alot cause this site has helped me alot, i use to find someone to talk to all night on my Cell Phone . i would just be woke for atleast 3 days at a time. i have trained myself to sleep up to 3 hours before finally getting up to pee. if i could just control my bladder i would maybe sleep for 5 hours.
