Great point Ynaig :-) That is the answer why I would feel really joyful and all tingly much of the time, and then it would change as soon as I started thinking of "that" topic". I am sooo grateful for your post today about Gary, because it made me realize that I need to work on moving up the scale regarding this. Funny I didnt think of doing this before, since I KNOW about replacing thoughts on the low end of the scale with better feeling thought to move up the scale in increments and not just jump from low to high.

I am getting the hang of it more and more though and I just told myself that I am doing well and how proud I can be of myself to have come this far :-)
