Owen is absolutely right, not just about the rebounding, which is fabulous for your whole body, but also about humming, which is a sacred and very beneficial way of passing healing vibration to your cells, I read somewhere. I generally hum a lot. People think I'm crazy and annoying, but I feel better for it.
