I used a lot of ozonated water to help resolve the Candida issue. I also did vaginal insufflation. I also took a lot of hot and cold showers and did body bagging with ozone afterwards. I like that a lot as it's very relaxing and you feel very clean and energized.

Of course I had to modify my diet, but once the ozone kicked in and I had sufficient lactic acid in me to help kill the Candida I was fine. If I choose to, I can eat bread and Sugar and it doesn't affect me. If I did that before I was half dead.

I think ozone is an important part of the Candida issue.
