What Gary describes is basically the asme as process you referred me to, process #22.

I realize that I failed to work on moving up the emotional scale on the issue I mentioned. I am doing well using LOA in many aspects of my life without resistance coming up. But I do have a gap in ONE particular issue and all I need to do is move up the scale step by step and then I know I will be able to stay there :-)

Funny that I didnt think of doing that until now LOL
