I used DMSO with MMS for three or four days but didn't find any difference than with MMS by itself.  On occasion, I use DMSO on sore muscles but have had far better success with castor oil packs than DMSO.  I would never mix castor oil with MMS because I don't think the body could stand the results and I'm not an advocate of internal castor oil.
