Hi,

Seams like all answers are going in circles for you, and even my 2 cents of advice might not be worth a lot but here goes,
You say, “It is like complete hormone disbalance. I can not sleep, I constantly have tears in my eyes, get easy irritated for no reason”.
I would suggest, get the emotional side sorted out first, get your self clear thinking and then later sort out the weight gain/lose etc. in fact I believe it will actually sort itself out because you are well aware of your health, eating and exercising habits, etc.

Our experience; well, my wife (50) had similar symptoms, very emotional about everything, questioning every though or action on my side, etc. etc. I myself am a (veteran) lyme disease sufferer (from childhood) and the only way of keeping myself going, (as I believe the lyme has infected me neurologically), was with frequent Vit B injections, I could feel it kick in and I know when it is time for the next one.

So one day I told my wife just - “stand still” and gave her a Vit B booster – that is 1ml Vit B12 and 1 ml Vit B complex) injection, as I am use to doing it myself once or twice a month.
Next day her old usual self was back, smiles and always cheerful etc. Lately she will come to me and say that she think it is time, but I will always asses her first (not an examination – emotional) etc., as I do with my self, this is not a quick fix, but is essential some times. It still medicine.

Your body will tell you that it is in need of something, often we don’t know what and we stay in this dead zone all the time suffering. What am I saying, go to ‘n pharmacy, chemist, doktor (don’t let them talk you out of it) and ask for ‘n Vit B booster (not tablets), a day or two later (effen less) you will know. It will/can/must only do you good. Discuss it with the person administering the shot, I would suggest 1 once a week for maybe 2-3 weeks, then 1 every 2 weeks for a month then 1 once a month, it will slowly build up the reserves that was depleted.

If the symptoms are beter and you can start thinking clearer again, take stock of every thing in your live. Don’t just think on it, write it down like a balance sheet, pros and cons. (I can bet Vit B deficiency will the culprit, because most other stuff will start to fall into place)

It might make you feel that you are on top of the world and in control of every thing, so watch your habits, no binging don’t stop exercising etc. Watch yourself.

Vitamine B deficiency is very common in your diets to day and does have a major major effect on the nervous and cardiac systems, etc. Especially during stressful times and sickness.

Your report back would be appreciated as I believe a lot of people are Vit B deficient. If you want to, drop me an email. I am not in any way medical qualified but have had my share of experience and pains etc.
