Hi Tommy,
I'm interested to know how scientifically
" the Water Fast was shutting down my thyroid function"

How does not eating food cause your thyroid to close down?

I'm asking because my hypothyroid condition was actually reversed by doing water fasting.


What sort of food , if not taken for 3 days.. makes your thyroid function shut down?
