If it was not from toxins being discarded, than what was it? Also, why do you say a Water Fast is "extreme"? I found a couple of weeks on just water to be no big deal at all. Also isn't a Water Fast the only true fast? That is, when a body actually goes into fasting mode. So when you say Water Fasting is extreme what you are really saying is that fasting itself is extreme.
