Hi montana girl
Any therapy that uses oxygen, whether it is stable O2 oxygen or the not-so-stable short-lived cousin O1 is IMHO an oxygen therapy. O1 comes from ozone, hydrogen peroxide, stabilized oxygen, homozon, Oxypowder s and the like. O2 comes from therapies like hyperbaric chambers, breathing of oxygen from tanks or oxygen concentrators etc. most bodily life processes are oxidative / reductive in nature. The advantage of the O1 form of oxygen is that it needs no energy from the body to break the bond between the molecules of oxygen so it can go to work more efficiently doing what it does best.
The planet we call Earth is oxygen deprived compared to a scant few generations ago.
We don't get enough oxygen in our bodies from breathing alone, so the body's life processes are compromised. This allows toxins to build up at a cellular level.
IMHO any oxygen therapy is a good oxygen therapy but one had better do the Due Diligence required and take full responsibility before commencing.
hope this helps
paul
