i made it 23 days

be careful, i almost died

and was near death, and had to be in the hospital, my electrolites were way out of wack and my blood Sugar was at 16...below 60 is suppose to be very low..so they said i was near death..on days 21 and 22 i felt like something was not right but pushed that thought away, because i was so determined and convinced that i would do this with out any kind of problems. it was the weirdest feeling ever like i was just "doomed" i dismissed that feeling as well...but i know now why i felt like that...but i dont think i would ever do a Water Fast unless it was medically unsupervised..though that was my first fast of any kind ever...my body im sure was not trained for it. as well they said the inside of my body had started to rot...my heart was deteriorating..my liver has damage now..the muscles in my legs are VERY weak im gaining my strength back though. im having to force myself to eat as well because still dont have my appetite back..but maybe next week i will..good luck to everyone, and if you feel like something is wrong..something probably is..just be careful its scary when someone tells you your not going to make it!!!
