just a few questions...
how old is you father?
is he drinking enough water?
how are his elimination channels fuctioning? daily? Twice daily? Three? Urination/bowels?
is he able to get out of bed? mobility?
how is his mental state? is he stressed or relaxed?
are you checking his bp? pulse rate?
medications, for his condition? ...for sleep?
