Thanks for the link Wombat.Since reading THE CHOLESTEROL MYTHS I've gotten a whole new perspective on this cholesterol lowering thing.I inherited mine(instead of money..lol)and I have no other risk factors.But my quack was pumping me full of statins from a fairly early age.Thank God I found CZ and then I stopped the drugs...I was experiencing muscle pains too and he was still insisting that they were good for me.He said no pains no gains!!I said sorry,I quit.

So now I don't even go to the Dr and if I have to for any reason he cheerfully tells me I'll get a heart attack if I don't take the drugs.So my mission is to prove him wrong.Besides,I love all the natural stuff that make me feel healthy.

I can see if I was overweight with high blood pressure etc then drugs might be an option.But its all in the numbers and physically I've been doing just fine.So I'll keep on doing what I'm doing and keep my arteries clean.Nuff said!
