Like I said, I appreciate whatever input or feedback I can get. I am not a scientific minded person. I rely on the experience and expertise of others.

I sincerely appreciated your dietary information. So much so, that I actually had a protein breaky, just to see what it would do, and I am feeling OK about Sugar at the moment. Of course it's early in the day, will have to wait and see what happens around 3pm. I also increased my dose of gymnema and am very hopeful about that.

I am very glad I started this thread. It has brought to my attention that I was probably using too much unactivated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in the water. I will be more careful to keep it around 2-3 drops. And perhaps not use it every time I refill the water jug. I don't want my family suffering unnecessary stomach pain. I just found the whole thing very interesting, and I it proves to me that all of my cleansing and other health efforts are probably making a difference to me that the rest of my family aren't seeing in themselves.

After the other thread issue I am very careful not to start a debate. But I do think that the healthy exchange of ideas should not be banded from this forum. I don't go to the Debate Forums (not a big fan of confrontation), so there is much I probably miss out on learning.
