I agree.

I personally know 2 folks who turned silver/blue back in the 80's from drinking CS.
There is a congressman up north - same story and he's in office, putting campaign photos out that are pre-silver/blue because his color freaks people out.

Problem was that they drank WAY too much of it.

Which begs the question: "How much is too much?".

I don't know, but I do make it and do drink it and do use it in making salted water for a nebulizer, but I don't do a lot of it. It worries me, not knowing a dosage. I do believe it works wonders for a lot of bacteria-based problems, though.
