Either way, if it were me I would back off for a day or so. I know I have been going on and on about wanting diarrhea, but once it starts, that's it, I back off. I just wanted to see how high I needed to go in order to get it. I see no reason to keep staying there once you get diarrhea. Beside, it can't possibly be good for you to keep having diarrhea for more than a day or so.

Again, JMHO.
