Jarrow probiotics aren't cheap, they're quite good. Dairy just causes mucous, at least for most people. I was taking Colloidal Silver b/c I was living with an herbalist and he had his own label so I had access to it. I had caught some respiratory bug from a friend and he encouraged me to use it w/ a nebulizer and drink it. So I did. My empirical evidence was that after drinking it for a little while my stomach became extremely bloated and I started having digestive probs. It happened very quickly so something in my internal environment changed drastically.
