How much ES to you add to the 10 or 12 ounces? That is magnisium citrate, correct?

And, do you fast, and if so, how many hours? Do you just eat normally on the other days that you drink the apple juice? Thank you!

I am interested in your recipe. Seems like the Epsom Salts affected me more adversely tban all the olive oil. (I am used to consuming lots of olive oil!) The ES gave me a dull stomach ache for a couple of days. No complaints, but I want to introduce this flushing idea to my boyfriend and I want to have it as painless as possible for him!
