If you wish to correct a systemic candida disorder then you are going to have to familiarise yourself with the term "dysbiosis" perform an internet search and read about what it is. Your going to have to correct that, once that is corrected your home and dry. However depending upon how bad you are, the prognosis may involve several years before you have fully regained your health.

Perform a search regarding Colloidal Silver , that kills candida, however it is only a bandage (that you can re-use indefinately because candida cannot become resistant to its electrical charge) until such point you cure dysbiosis. Once you have resolved dysbiosis, your body naturally takes care of candida within the intestine.

Regarding beneficial bacteria, read up about kefir and kombucha, thats where the action is.
