Hi Suzie,

I sometimes yawn when doing EFT, only about 5% of the time. most of the time i spontaneously take deep breaths/sighs that i can't help doing. sometimes neither happen. they say both show the EFT is working, the yawning signifying you are being relaxed. so i wonder if that means that if either are not present EFT isnt working, still not sure on this one.
